Scavenger trundles along, Kia sitting on his roof with his poncho wrapped around her shoulders and Hot Shot a subdued shadow at his flank. He pauses when one of the Troopers hails him and approaches. "May I help you?"

"We're looking for two Astrotechs," says the white and black mech, giving Random and Kia's ident codes and looking up at the little femme confidently.

Scavenger blinks his lights, which attracts the Trooper's attention.

"These are not the techs you're looking for," says Scavenger quietly.

"...These are not the techs I'm looking for," repeats the Trooper a little blankly.

"They're probably not even on the planet. Or if they are the sands have taken them."

"Yes." Scavenger switches off the light. "Thank you for the directions, Trooper. Have a nice day."

"Right." The Autotrooper blinks, then nods and turns on his heel to walk away.

"Alright," says Hot Shot softly. "That answers the Jedi question."
