WOT: Unexpected arrival.

Logan carefully stalked through the building, glaring as he kept every sense on high alert for his foe. Sabertooth was as good as dead, provided Magneto's new pup didn't get in his way again. The matter-changing kid was almost too much for Logan to handle on his own. Almost.

He turned a corner, then stopped when he saw the orange kid.

"Sh-" his curse was stopped as the kid raised his hands and a beam of enery hit the old fighter in the chest. Where the projected powers hit the skin and organs began to turn to stone. Where his flesh hadn't already turned to stone it felt like it began to boil, every cell on fire.

Logan bellowed, pain enveloping him as another blast shot him backwards, out of the window, hitting the glass of the opposite building with a crunch and blacking out as he started to fall. He didn't even notice when he landed in something that wasn't hard... then actually caused him to float.

Up on the highest tower of the castle one of the little dragons craned its neck and looked at the floating body, then folded it's wings and dove, swooping up at the last moment and flying through a window to arrive in the massive main hall, where it bowled into the legs of the man training there.

Kurt looked down with a grunt, lowering the Bo staff and frowning, bending the scritch the critter's chin. "Vat is it, little von?" he asked.

The little male nipped at his hands, then turned and loped toward the door, making an urgent mewling sound that the blue man would have never heard from a dragon before.

He frowned and walked after him. "Vat is wrong?" he said.

Blue lights flashing in his eyes, he turned and launched himself through the open great doors.

Kurt followed, frowning and teleporting after him.

The dragon circled the hurt man, still mewling anxiously.

Kurt blinked, then stared.

"Nien, it cannot be..." he teleported over and scooped up the Wolverine, eyes getting huge when he saw the skin. He flinched, but stopped when he noticed it starting to crack, new skin growing underneith. He then turned and teleported them both to the front door of the castle, dumping him on the ground with a growl. He'd have nothing more to do with that man.

"Heal. Und zen get out," he snapped at the unconscious for before turning to go back inside.

"Kurti?" Joy looked up from her teleporter. "Who ye talkin' t', liebe?"

He glared and simply kept walking. "Nuzzing."

"Kurti?" Her ears went back with surprise.

Kurt turned and kicked at the wall. "Our home!" he exploded, fists clenched. "Of all places ze filth shows his face...."

She tipped her head to one side and listened, then started. "Och, he's nae breathin' right."

"He'll heal. And zen he vill leave," Kurt snarled. "I von't have him here."

"But, Liebe, that's never ben fer us t' say." Concern for him showed on her face; distracted her from thinking of the wounded man.

"Nien. He'll be fine. But I don't vant him here. He'll destroy it, as he has every uzzer place I haff dared call home," he said.

Her ears went back. "Naught kin harm t' WOT."

"Nien. Not physically," he said, bitterness heavy in his voice.

"Volk're only brought here if they're meant tae be here." She turned to walk to the door and see who it was, only to start as she saw a Wolverine laying there.

He just watched her, then turned and teleported off.

On the ground Logan's breathing was still irregular, but there was a deep ripping sound and the stone plate on his chest fell, revealing wide gashes that had yet to heal. He slowly groaned.

"Yuck...." She blinked, then shook her head. "Yer a right pain in t' rear, ye realize."

He blinked, then looked up at her in confusion.

"Wh...what?" he said, struggling to get up.

"Me mon's nae happy tae see ye. Best mind yer manners vhile yer here." She crossed her arms over her chest.

He fell back, exauhsted and still in pain. "Where am I?"
