Nexus. By the sign. Nemesis and Ducky continued

"It says here that young things need shelter.... Bet, go and find us a shelter that we can legally take."

She ignores the drone's acknowledgment as she continues to scan data, absently guiding Archiva toward useful information as she does so.

Pooka clicks slightly and wriggles, and she rubs his back gently, trying some of the small clicks herself.

Right *ducky replies* that make sense.

*He watches the two carefully and quietly ...silently going awww*

'Contact with both parents is beneficial for newborns', reads Nemesis, then glances down at where Ducky is cuddled in her arms with Pooka. Check. Regular feeding. I'll have to have the drones find a good energy source that I can access regularly. I haven't got the credits to buy it. 'Regular sleep'....

"'Sleep' is the same as recharging, right?" Her arms shift to hold the two of them a little closer.

And here comes Bet to report the finding of a place and the owner of said place's blessing on their staying there.

*Ducky just listens to her for a moment*

Yeah sleep is the organic term for recharging *he replies. quite happy to be cuddled*

Good *he replies quite happy at that*

"Do Cybertronian babies need as much sleep as organic babies?" She frowns at Bet, wondering why the drone had asked permission. But then she realizes that she told it to find a legal place to stay.

Pooka is very happy too. Everything's right in his tiny world at the moment.

Yeah round about the same; though it largely depends on the individual sparkling. *Ducky replies*

*Ducky smiles at his overjoyed sparkling*

"Do you want me to put you down?" Nemesis looks down at him as she gathers her legs beneath her in preparation to getting up.

nah I'm okay...unless you want me to of course *Ducky replied; well it was nice not having to walk every where and he doubted he could keep up with Nemesis anyhow*

"Alright." Her fingers creep over from Pooka toward him as possessiveness tries to stir in her spark.

-Don't,- she tells herself as she gets up and follows the drone. -He's older than you. If anything you belong to him now.-

The place to live is a basement garage, with exhaust darkened rafters, a cabinet by one wall, and a metal bench/berth that Nemesis can see that she won't fit on.

Instead she lays Pooka and Ducky down on it, then orders the drones to close the door and stand guard outside it.

Okay *Ducky doesn't really notice the possessive gesture a little too tired from the rigours of the day*

*Ducky curls up into a ball in Nemesis arms quite happilly and snuggles closer to Pooka*

*Eventually he feels himself being set down.* You okay? *he asks tiredly*

"Yes." She frowns as Pooka wakes up and starts to click and wriggle.

"No. Recharge more," she tells the sparklet, who whines and tries to stand up.

*Ducky chuckles slightly* Looks like the sparklet wants his mommy. You'd better cuddle him or he'll try to crawl to you.

"Cuddle?" She looks at him quizzically as she puts both hands on Pooka, who snuggles and clicks earnestly.

Yes cuddle...kinda like a hug but longer. *Ducky replies a little too tired to get up and move*

"You mean like we were already doing?" She scoops the youngster up and he sighs, but then starts clicking again as he looks for Ducky.

Yeah pretty much *Ducky replies looking up from his resting place and sighing* Looks like he wants me to cuddle him too *he mutters*

"We aren't all going to fit on this berth." She frowns.

Well we could cuddle up together on the floor. A typical snuggle pile. *Ducky muses not really too sure whether or not it would actually work; but not really sure of any other alternative.*

"Snuggle pile?" She frowns down at the floor as she puts out a hand to pick him up again.

Yeah basically we all get into a big pile and cuddle each other *he replied sounding sleepy again. Crawling over to her he pretty much curls up in her hand* I'm tired *he murmurs*

Nemesis tucks him next to Pooka, then turns and walks toward the opposite wall. "You mean use me for a berth?"

*Ducky yawns* Yeah pretty much only it's a little more cuddly.

"Hmmm." She settles herself to the floor on her back and watches as Pooka snuggles against her spark compartment, then turns her head and tells Archiva to take the berth. The need for recharge is starting to override everything else, including her ability to make really coherent communication.

*Ducky smiles a little as he snuggles against her; he does need the sleep after all. Quietly after a few moments he falls into recharge*

Nemesis tucks her back against the wall and curls up slightly, holding both smaller bots close as she too fades out.
