Dalla looks around the busy factory room, her expression showing her satisfaction as the human workers busily grind rock and mix gum and have the occasional argument with their protective gear.

"This makes me very happy," she says to the mech who is there in the interests of taste testing.

"Not books, but there are datachips and vids of our history," Blitzwing says.

The white-haired woman nods. "Ours are a similar kind, but we can make paper copies for you, Dalla."

"That might be best." The big furry woman chuckles. "Or else they might wind up turning into Nroo at the next spawn."

Then she twitches her ears thoughtfully. "Is there anything else you'd like to trade? Or have made?"

"Ah no, I don't think so, friend."

Ran, meanwhile, is looking at Blitzwing, his black eyes quizzical. "Would you be interested in information from my people too?"

"If it is not too much trouble," Blitzwing says, "I'd have to return home in order to get my half of the trades, though."

"They'll have to go for theirs, too," says Ran. "And I have to find a way to translate mine into a form you can have."

"What's your usual way?" Blitzwing asks Ran. Yes, still curious.

"We tell things to sentient shellfish, and they keep it for us." The water-man smiles a little, showing sharp teeth.

And meanwhile, Dalla has found to her disappointment that there isn't really any thing that the K'vk'ar people need that her people can produce, but that they think their leaders would be willing to help out. Seefunkeln says that her people live off the sea, but that some might like to come and visit the market at times. Also, that they too would be willing to help in any way that they could.

"Well that's...different," Blitzwing says with a chuckle, "Definitely would not work for us. There is a lack of water on Cybertron."

"And I don't think the shellfish would want to leave home." Ran's grin widens a little. "But I think I can come up with something, with K'vk help."

"Too true," Blitzwing says, then glances back over to Dalla.

The big woman is discussing the nearby citadel with the K'vk couple and the Seafolk woman, her ears perked with interest at what the thougt hearers can tell her about the beings inside those mysterious walls. "Human, hmm? Weird."

"Have you ever scanned them, friend?" D'rng'tla looks at Blitzwing.

"Them...no, I've never thought of a reason to," Blitzwing admitted.

"They don't make much of an impact on our daily lives, either," notes Dalla. "They're just there. Like rocks we can't build on."

D'rng'tla nods and frowns slightly, and speaks to Blitzwing as well when he says, "Humans do the strangest things, sometimes."
