BW 'verse. Axalon. A talk
Dinobot looked up sleepily from where he lay in a patch of sun on the warm outer skin of the Axalon. "Hrrrn. What do you want, Vermin?"
The smaller Maximal paused with a startled squeak, then scowled and tossed his hands up with frustration. "Maaan. A bot jes' can't get no peace 'n quiet no place 'round heah."
Dinobot arched one brow ridge. "Are you... hrrn... hiding from Rumor?"
"No! I ain't hidin' from nobody. I jes' wanted a little time ta t'ink." Rattrap turned away to hide his guilty expression.
"Vermin... I will not kill you for loving her."
Rattrap startled at the quiet words, and then hunched his shoulders. "I ain't the love kinda guy...."
"I would far rather you love my... hrrn... daughter, than my mate." Dinobot watched the demolitions expert freeze and shoot him a guilty look before bolting away toward the aft of the ship, then settled back again with a weary sigh. "Yes. Far rather. She... hrrrn... might teach you a little honour."
