Nexus. Blue's Bar. First meeting with someone you know.

Blackout looks around the little hole in the wall bar as she leads Skywarp in, ignoring Blue's warning look from where the femme was talking to a table full of Minibots. Said Minibots are the only other customers right now except for that crazy girl that hangs out with the crazy little Decepticon that turns into a boat with wheels.

"Booth in the back?" she asks her companion, turning to look down at him.

"And how long will that keep you busy?" He frowns, though she can't see it. "Why did you say you had everything you needed before? It looks to me like you're a short step from having nothing."

She doesn't look up from what she's doing. "A defensible base that's half way comfortable, obedient minions, and all the energy I want. What else do I need?"

"Ambition?" he asks, almost innocently, but his voice turns serious as he goes on. "Battle, success, the destruction of the Autobots... Cybertron."

Blackout is silent as she continues to work, her processor calling up her battle against Starscream for dominance of the Decepticons. Once, most of those things he's mentioned would have stirred her spark. But now that spark is weary.

"I was known as crafty and loyal, never ambitious," she mutters. "Yet I still rule a minor but growing empire of sorts on the Earth that I left. Battle...."

Her hand closed gently on the edge of his wing as she says softly, "Enemies will flee before me once again."

Skywarp twists to meet her gaze, optics glowing deep and steady as he assesses what she's saying. It's a good speech, and she looks as though she means it. He'd wonder if she even had the energy to lie.

Neither of those things convinces him as much as that he can't see a motive for her to do so.

He gives a slow nod, acknowledging her words. But he can't help picking out... "An empire 'of sorts'?"

"Human 'fans'." She snorts, then reaches out again to run a finger lightly over a crack in his armor before leaning forward as best she can to wield it shut.

Skywarp shivers slightly at the touch. His voice is slightly odd when he echoes, "Human fans?"

Of course, that could have to do with what he finds himself saying.

She lifts her optics to meet his, intending to reply with something derogatory against the organics who find her so fascinating....

And instead scoops him up and once more sets her mouth to his mask plate.

He starts, but he has no reason to try fighting right now, and he's still battered and mangled. So he relaxes, though he doesn't reciprocate. Not yet.

Not just yet.

-Good... it's working,- she thinks to herself as she feels her oral sensors kicking in. Rather than trying to rattle his processor however, she finds herself only transmitting a light, gentle tingle.

She's used to getting no response. At least none other than a startled flail or unhappy sounds. Since she doesn't want either of those right now she thinks the kiss is going well.

It occurs to him, somewhere along the line, that this could be a distraction tactic.

If so, it's both a good one, and a failure. He's quite content with that. In the meantime he's being kissed, and beneath the caution, he's enjoying it.

He leans toward her slightly and now he returns the kiss, giving the bigger Decepticon a taste of her own medicine-

Right before he pulls away. Git.

Blackout blinks and gently lowers him to the floor, feeling a little dazed and surprised. "What... was that?"
