Nexus. Blue's Bar. First meeting with someone you know.
((continued from here))
Blackout looks around the little hole in the wall bar as she leads Skywarp in, ignoring Blue's warning look from where the femme was talking to a table full of Minibots. Said Minibots are the only other customers right now except for that crazy girl that hangs out with the crazy little Decepticon that turns into a boat with wheels.
"Booth in the back?" she asks her companion, turning to look down at him.

and quietly enjoying every moment of it. He folds his arms behind his head; at this point the poor couch has all that weaponry kibble digging straight into his cushions, but see if Skywarp stops to consider that."Except when they're helping Autobots."

Truth be told, the idea of Blackout or Megatron facing off against a little human is so strange it should be funny. For some reason he can't find it so, now.

Then she blinks and catches him as the couch gives an anguished squeak and bolts to huddle in the corner. "The slag??"
A dangerous look goes to the unfortunate rookie, and Blackout's free fist clenches as the couch cringes and Hormah stands tensely.

He twists to get his feet under him (not that he needs to, technically, but it feels better). The look he gives the poor couch-bot is somewhat amused, but that doesn't make it any more reassuring. In times past, this would be the cue for another round of 'torment the weakling'. But this one is his hosts' toy. It wouldn't be polite.
"For a piece of furniture, he's amazingly bad at knowing when to hold still." Skywarp can think of a few ways to teach him.

But then Hormah stirs as she spots a steady trickle of pink dripping onto the floor.
"'E's bleedin', Boss," she murmurs in a low voice.
Blackout growls and then turns away, letting go of Skywarp. "Fix the slagging thing."
"Yes, Boss!" The red-orange rookie leaps to obey.
