DK-Verse, Coruscant: Why Jedi Shouldn't Play With Black Boxes

"You'd think I'd have learned my lesson," Sadri said with a groan, holding the black box tightly in her hand. Sal had warned her to never push the red button, and Sadri, being herself, had promptly... pushed the red button.

And now she was here in a very familiar city.

Oh my goodness...

It was Coruscant.

She looked around the familiar vista and tried to calm the hammering of her heart as she cursed the black box and her own curiosity.

"Of course," she said. "I've done it before."

A nod and the redhead loosed her grapple and somersaulted downward.

Sadri descended with ease, using the Force to direct her fall. She landed gracefully on the walkway level.

Pru landed in a crouch, wincing as she felt a small bone snap in her arch, then the quick tingle of it knitting. "Dex's is another level down."

"Alright." Sadri looked down toward the next level. "How're we getting there?"

"The usual way." She shrugged. "No need to attract attention."

"Ah." Sadri turned, found a turbolift, and walked toward it. "After you," she said once it opened.

Pru nodded that she should go ahead, her green eyes going up as something roared overhead.

She watched the crazy speeder driver go by and stepped into the lift, waiting.

And Pru followed. "I'll have to find out who that is."

"Give them a speeding ticket?" Sadri asked, her voice light.
