Jack: *cracks one eye* You trying to make me feel old?

Kim: *chuckles quietly* Did you eat?

Jack: *checks the trash can for wrappers* Ham sandwich.

Kim: *also looks and sees the brand* Yuck. Here. *gives fresh sandwich on a plate next to a heap of fresh fried chips and some cherry tomatoes* Here's supper.

Jack: *sits up, grumpy face gone. Takes nom and has a bite* Thanks.

Kim: You're welcome. *walks over to check on McCree*

McCree: *giving the ceiling a WTH look*

Kim: *gentle pat pat, and then fixes his blankets*

Jack: How's Ron?

Kim: Not quite as sedated as your friend.

Jack: *gruff, sympathetic chuckle*

McCree: *sweet grin as he passes out again*

Kim: *smiles and gives him another pat, then turns back to Jack* Where's Gleam?

Jack: *munch munch. Poke chips* Helping Reinhardt's team with a job.

Kim: Is that the invasion on Trinatorp?

Jack: Trintropcus. Yup. *munch chips* Hmmmm.

Kim: You didn't go?

Jack: Someone's got to stay with this idiot. *checks his glass and finds fizzy juice still in it. Has a drink*

Kim: Are you okay?

Jack: *looks up at the concern in her voice, then sets down the glass and pulls a sleeping tiny cat out of his pocket* Fine.

Kim: *laughs* Alright. I better get back to my husband. *waves, and heads out the door*

Jack: *waits 'til he's sure she's gone, then nuzzles Merlin 2 and tucks the little cyber cat back into his pocket before sitting back and finishing his supper, a smile on his gruff old face*
