Valley of the Queens, Clone city: Looking for Ang

Spike winced as he looked around. The good news was spotting a young, blonde girl in this crowd would be easy. The bad news was the fact that all the men here looked exactly the same was really starting to freak the former vampire out.

He sighed as he walked forward, looking around and asking random people if they'd seen the blnde girl who liked to draw anywhere around here.

He sighed. This might take some time.

"What does 'gorgeous' mean?" Her brows rose slightly as she looked up at him again.

"It means very, very beautiful," he said softly, smiling. "It means you're so beautiful you take men's breath away."

Then he blushed again and tried to supress the urge to tell her how beautiful every little inch of her was.

Her forehead creased slightly and she took her hand from his to put her hand to his chest, checking for breath. "That's a good thing?"

He chuckled and blushed at the touch.

"It's... it's just... never mind," he said, looking both guilty and embarassed.

Those wide blue eyes looked up at him with gentle curiosity and affection, still asking questions though she didn't speak. The hand moved from his chest back to his hand and the kitten.

He smiled, then looked at the cat, scratching her ears.

Petting her he looked at Ang.

"Where are you living now?" he asked.
