Brenda dug through the amazing amount of tissue paper that the tiny pink shopping bag held, then held aloft the lovely bra that she'd bought at the last shop they'd hit before stopping to eat. "Is it me, or are we just too big for most of what's available? I mean... I never realized that there were lady's sizes below zero before."

Her eyes flicked toward a floating paparazzi camera and then rolled as she folded the garment and put it away. "I know for a fact that I'm not fat."

"All the little skinny waif men... phoot!" Brenda stopped and looked down at herself. "Should we just get fitted and order some custom things?"

Another spycam joined the first and she resolutely ignored it.

"I suppose we should," she replied. "Local's loss, I guess."

"Oh, we can still get them here." She looked up toward the distant Eiffel tower. "Who knows, maybe we'll start a new trend... though waifs wouldn't look good in the same things we would."

The waiter brought out their orders, and she smiled and thanked him in fluent, Parisian accented French.

"I really need to work on my language skills," Helena muttered. "I know some Spanish, and Latin when it comes to legal terminology, but... that's about the extent of it."

"I was wondering about that." Brenda paused to bow her head over her salmon skewer and spinach with goat cheese salad. "What schools did you go to?"

"Did my undergrad at Hudson University, then went on to Harvard Law."

"So you only attended in America." She blinked.

She nodded. "A little. What about your junior schooling?"

"Public education, actually," Helena replied. "Dad was always real big on money not setting us apart from everyone else."
