She still wasn't home.  Dammit, she still wasn't home!

Another Cave of some kind... there was definitely a Robin costume over there, but also much more spartan than the ones she'd seen before.  Which meant sooner or later, she was going to run into more relatives.  Or near relatives.  Or something.

Frankly, Helena was homesick beyond words.

Younger, certainly, but there was no mistaking the look in his eyes for anyone else.

"The inside, please."

He closed the oven door, then went to where a row of cooled cakes stood and skillfully took several slices from one before carefully- going on a hunch- spreading one of them with a layer of white cream cheese frosting and just a dab of peanut butter and a spot of red jam.

This done, he put it all on a plate and offered it.

She took the plate with a smile. "Thanks, Alfred."

"You like that topping mixture?" Mykayla paused in the act of breaking off another piece of crust as Alfred smiled back and returned to his cake processing.

"What? This?" Helena laughed. "Oh yeah. Picked up a taste for it when I was just a kid."

"It's Bruce's favorite." Mykayla looked at Alfred, who serenely ignored her as he started another batch of cake batter.
