She still wasn't home.  Dammit, she still wasn't home!

Another Cave of some kind... there was definitely a Robin costume over there, but also much more spartan than the ones she'd seen before.  Which meant sooner or later, she was going to run into more relatives.  Or near relatives.  Or something.

Frankly, Helena was homesick beyond words.

"Yup." He looked pleased, then nearly broke his face in half with a yawn.

"Bed," ordered Mykayla.

"What? No." He frowned at her.

"Do you want me to ask Alfred for a second opinion?" She raised her eyebrows.

"But we have a guest...."

"Whom I'm about to show the guest suite. Go."

"Ganged up on," he whined with the tone of a man who knew he wouldn't win. Then he heard a footstep from the direction of the kitchen and was gone before either woman could blink.

"He'll make more sense tonight." Mykayla asked Jet for her crutches and slid from the couch. "Are you tired?"

She yawned and stretched. "Yeah, actually. I keep popping in and out of places so much, my body clock's all screwed up on timezones and sleep cycles."

"I shall bring it to your room." He gave her a kindly smile and turned to return to his domain.

The tiny woman chuckled and led her a ways down the plushly carpeted hall, then stopped in front of a door and pushed it open to reveal a room tastefully accented with pale blue, lilac, and green.
