Kurt appeared out of nowhere, landing in a grassy meadow that was surrounded by mountains and bathed in sunlight.

The drunken man swayed, then looked around. This was... his meadow.

He fell to his knees, then looked around, bowing his head.

"Vat is going on?" he asked, assuming the strange woman had followed him, or brought him to where she was.

"Not too much." A tall figure stood and turned to look at him, the sunlight glinting off a high-shouldered black cloak and toffe-coloured skin. "Like I said. I'm nosy and was worried about you." Long pointed ears perked forward as solid black eyes studied him. "I'm Joy."
