Katydid looks around as she and Kickback appear, curious about their surroundings and hoping for a sight of her new 'uncles'.

*Bombshell's sitting as his work table when he hears Kickback enter* I'm in here! *he calls out working on a new device of his; the insecticon doesn't look up as he hears Kickback talking to someone...after all the youngest insecticon has brought people home before* You're back early. *he comments idly*

Katydid peeks around Kickback and looks at the mech at the table, then glances up at her 'dad'.

Yeah well errr. I..err...yeah you may wanna turn round 'shell. *he steps to the side a little so Katydid is visible but she can still dart behind his back.* Oh and you seen Shrap?

*Bombshell sighs and slowly turns round* What did you... *he stares...if he had a mouth it'd be hanging open* Please tell me she's not yours.

*he blinks* He's outside...

Bombshell this is Katydid and Katydid this is Bombshell. *he watches Bombshell carefully for a reaction*

*Bombshell just stares* ...oh no. *his processors seem to start to freeze up*

H...Hi? *he manages to stutter*

*Kickback gives Bombshell a curious look* Looks like his processors are going to crash *he states with some amusement*

*Bombshell just falls off his chair as his CPU crashes...a change of whirr in systems symbolises a reboot*

Katydid squeaks with surprise and back peddles, then looks up at Kickback with wide optics as she wonders how his adopting her could be that disturbing.

*Kickback started to laugh* Oh 'shell you never change. *he gave katydid a reassuring pat of the shoulder as he went to help Bombshell up after he'd finished his re-boot* I know you don't think I'm the family type, but honestly...she's not going to wind up being another me.

*Bombshell just groaned* You're evil; you know that right? *the scientist spoke rubbing his head as the youngest of his team helped him up* I would hope you're responsible enough; then again knowing you. It's probably a good thing that you have us.

Katydid brightens as she watches the exchange, her antennae twitching as she smiles again. She's not going to say anything yet, though.

*he sighed noting Kickback's hopeful look* You're really attached aren't you? *he sighs* Well I don't have a problem with her staying; but Shrapnel's decision is final.

Katydid's own face has resumed the wide-eyed pleading expression that she once used against Kickback when she was just tiny.

*he smiles* Thanks 'shell *and gives him a hug*

*he notices Katydid's look...and compares it idly to the one Kickback gives when he doesn't get what he wants. Yup this'll be a new experiance for all of them*

Something I should be aware of, of? *he asks curious. Looking around the room he notices the pink femme*
