*Bombshell just sighs* Kickback... *he shakes his head and then his hugged* oof! You're welcome.

*he notices Katydid's look...and compares it idly to the one Kickback gives when he doesn't get what he wants. Yup this'll be a new experiance for all of them*

*This would be about the time when Shrapnel walks in. The insecticon leader looks between the hugging Kickback back and the hugged Bombshell*

Something I should be aware of, of? *he asks curious. Looking around the room he notices the pink femme*

And who's this; this?

"Kickback's sparkling," she says promptly, giving him the big optics.

Adopted *Kickback adds quickly. He didn't want Shrapnel to think he'd been up to things he shouldn't* Can we keep her...pllllleeeeeaaaaasssseee? *Kickback does his own kicked puppy look*

*Bombshell just sighs* Well it might teach him some level of maturity Shrapnel... *he adds his two bits in*

*Shrapnel just blinks* Kickback why did you adopt a sparkling; sparkling? *he asks after a few moments*

*he looks over to Bombshell and nods thoughtfully* Hmm.

*then he looks to Katydid* Do you have a function; function?

"Um, not yet," she admits, looking a bit upset about that. Too young for Academy, indeed.

*Kickback shrugs* She adopted me; I thought it was only fair to return the favour.

*he looks over to Shrapnel hopeful*

*Shrapnel sighs* You're still young Kickback; back.

*He nods a little pleased at this* Do you have any idea what you'd want to be; be?

"Just like him," is the prompt reply.

*Kickback pouts* I'm not THAT young.

*At hearing that Kickback nearly chokes* Do you know what I do? *he asks carefully; hoping she decides to do anything but.*

*Shrapnel just smirkes* Yes you are; are.

*Shrapnel blinks in surprise* I doubt that carear path is something you'd like to follow; follow.

"No?" she says uncertainly.

*Kickback sighs* i don't do a lot of nice things. I have to hurt people in order to compleate a mission. I'm kinda in special opps. Do you understand that?

*Shrapnel nods* Not the kind of work for a youngling; youngling.

"Oh," she says, crestfallen.

Hey it's okay there are lots of other things you can do *Kickback tries to reasure the pink youngling and gives her a gentle hug; ignoring his team-mates for the moment*

*Shrapnel nods* Of course there are; are. But we'd just like to know if you have any preferences; preferences.

*He does give kickback a look and sighs as the younger insecticon hugs the youngling. But he allows it for now...if the youngling interferes with Kickback's work then he would do something about it.*

"I don't know." She frowns from where she's returning Kickback's hug with a slight snuggle.

*Kickback snuggles back* Well that's okay you don't have to decide yet. I just don't think what I do is really suitable for you. ...you can decide later.

*Shrapnel just gives Bombshell a look; which is returned*

Perhaps we should train her as a medic; medic? *he suggests* Until she decides what she wants to be; be.

*Bombshell nods* She would be useful and since we all need to know repair techniques it would be a good grounding for her training; until she decides where she wants to go.

*he rolls his optics at the snuggling though. Then again he know's Kickback's quite tactile so he's hardly surprised*

"I could do that." She brightens, her optics widening hopefully as she looks up at Kickback.

*Kickback nods* Well it's be a start; right? But...I am NOT letting the constructicons any where NEAR her. *he glares at his team daring them to tell him otherwise*

*Shrapnel just sighs and nods; not like he was going to let the constucticons teach her anything any how...since technically by Kickback's adoption and his own descision she was now one of them.*

All right she can stay; stay. Bombshell will be her tutor; tutor. *Shrapnel spoke with finality*
