Katydid looks around as she and Kickback appear, curious about their surroundings and hoping for a sight of her new 'uncles'.

*Kickback chuckles* Good for you! *his own antennae twitch happily as he leads the way to their energon storage area. The hive's quite small so it doesn't take too long.*

Here we go! *a small storage room has a few materials in it and a three piles of energon cubes. Not a lot but the insecticons don't really need a lot. He picks up one and gives it to her* Here this should do you. *it's only low-grade. The high grade's kept where little younglings can't find it*

She opens it and pulls a drinking tube out of subspace, then looks around as she takes a sip. "Thanks."

"Okay, now what?" That grin looks a lot like his own... you know, the one that makes people wonder what he's up to.

I think it's more of they don't want an overly drunk and hyper kickback bouncing around

*Kickback smiles and shrugs* Dunno normally I'm either working; watching TV, hanging in the nexus or causing mayhem.

"Whatever you wanna do." Her grin widens and her optics dance.

"I don't know." She shrugs one shoulder and slurps her energon. "Whaddyou feel like?"

Will both of you just shut up! *Bombshell pops his head round the door a little aggrivated* Besides we've set up Katydid's quaters; she can customise them if she likes.

The pink youngling jumps, then dissolves into giggles.

Okay; Katydid...wanna go look?

"Sure." She grins at Bombshell, giving him that endearing look that used to wrap Kickback around her finger when she was tiny.

Katydid is looking surprised at the sudden departure, but then she grins at Kickback. "Okay."

*Kickback chuckles* Oh he's just nervous don't worry about it. *he replied to Bombshell's rapid running away. Taking Katydid's hand Kickback lead her to her new quaters; right next to his.* Well you're going to have to put your own keycode in.

"Nervous about what?" She slurps, then goes into the room and wanders around, poking whatever's in there.

*Kickback chuckles* About getting the cute kicked puppy look. It's been a looooong time since he's gotten that.

*Kickback watches her poke her stuff. It's a pretty standard room one that can be customised easily but it's obviously had a few modifications made to make it easier on the youngling*
