RiD 'verse. The Megastar. One week after Ro-tor's return from the shadows

There's little sound in the repair bay except the beeping of life-support equipment. It's an odd set of machines by the base's standards, small and designed for the wrong kind of life form entirely. For now, though, the Decepticons have a use for it.

Liedherz is on the table, connected up to the machines. She's stable enough, now, though her skin is still paled into a grey tone and anyone with thermal vision can see she's cold for an organic. Mega-Octane is standing at the far side of the room, making plans at the console. He's only paying distant attention to the readings from the machines. They do, however, have a pair of optics on her: Rollbar is still leaning against the wall, watching and waiting.

The winged woman is crouching normally now, her ears back in a fierce scowl as she 'looks' up at him.

Mega-Octane contacts Megatron for a moment to update him; it's probable the Predacon commander will want to view this from his command centre. "Ro-tor told us what happened," he says. "Where exactly did you take him?"

She cocks her head, puzzled by the question. Didn't he get that from the flier?

And yes, he can feel her question.

Mega-Octane frowns. "Then I'll rephrase that: what is this shadow place, and how do we access it?"

"It's the shadows," she says frankly. "They're different here from where I vas born. Und you don't. Not vithout me."

The Decepticon looms closer, glowering at her suspiciously. "Is that so?"
