Starforge looks up from where he's building a bunk in one of the spare rooms of what will be he and Arcee's new quarters. "Hunter! Knock it off. Now."

"But you can't bully somebody without wanting to hurt their feelings. I don't wanna hurt his feelings, and I can't help it if he's a crybaby and takes it the wrong way!" Sunhunter cried, hating it when he was forced to stay inside. "He is a technerd, like Ratchet, only he's scared of fighting! It's not my fault if he doesn't like it, I offered to help him change!"

"Ya can too!" says Starforge harshly as his temper gets away from him. "'N he don't gotta change! He's fine just the way 'e is! Jus' leave 'em the slag alone, ya little...."

Sunhunter cringed, looking surprised. He hadn't been spoken to this like before, and now his age was very apparent as he slowly looked down.

"Y...yes sir," he said softly, hugging himself. "I'm sorry."

Starforge blinks, then puts a hand over his mouth for a moment before stepping forward quickly and putting his arms around the sparkling. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't oughtta talk like that."

Sunhunter went stiff, not as comfortable with physical affection as his brother, but then snuggled against him.

"I don't mean to hurt his feelings," he whispered. "I mean... sometimes... but not usually."

"Ya gotta let 'im be himself, Hunter. You pickin' on 'im like that's like if I locked you in the closet 'n made ya watch nature shows alla time," says Starforge gently, hoping he's getting this right.

Sunhunter blinked, then shivered. "Ew! But... but that's not normal stuff. Not for us, I mean, we're all Autobots! We gotta fight, just like Grandpa says."

Sunhunter blinked, then shrugged. "He kinda says it. And everyone here fights n' stuff. We gotta, 'cause we're Autobots. Even you and mom do, but Startracker doesn't like to at all. He can just make weapons, but he won't even use 'em."

"Bein' Autobot don't got nothin' ta do with fightin'," says Starforge firmly. "Autobots're there ta make sure all livin' things're free. 'N you treatin' yer brother like that's takin' away his freedom ta be who God made 'im ta be."
