Starforge looks up from where he's building a bunk in one of the spare rooms of what will be he and Arcee's new quarters. "Hunter! Knock it off. Now."

"What, dad?" Sunhunter looked at him.

"What if we got all this wet?"

"We're not allowed to bring water in the house," Sunhunter frowned.

"I am." He goes and gets a bucket and mop, wishing they were bigger, like the broom.

"Can I help?" the boy asked eagerly.

"Jes' lemme see if it works." He dips the mop and runs it over Sunhunter's arm, then grins and continues, rinsing the mop when it's needed.

He giggled.

"That feels so weird, dad," he informed him.

"It's workin', though." Starforge chuckles. "Hold still."

Sunhunter's response was to shove his face in the mop and rawr.

"Help, dad, I'm gettin' attacked by a squid!"

"Heyyy, stop that."

"Aw, c'mon dad, lighten up!" Sunhuter grinned flicking water at him.

"No," says Starforge sternly. "We're here ta clean up a mess, not make another one."

Sunhunter pouted, but stayed still and let himself be cleaned off.
