Starforge looks up from where he's building a bunk in one of the spare rooms of what will be he and Arcee's new quarters. "Hunter! Knock it off. Now."

"Sure," he says promptly, though he's rubbing the back of his neck uncertainly as he looks around. He's never been inside a normal living room.

Startracker grinned, but Sunhunter was staring at him intently.

"You don't like it, do ya?" he smirked. Startracker looked up at once, optics big.

"Do too. Jes' realizin' I ain't never ben inside a normal house before."

Ironhide blinks at that and then looks a little sad as he realizes how long it's been since there were normal houses for Cybertronians to be inside.

"Well, it's our normal house now," Startracker chirped.

"Yeah." Starforge grins and gives the sparkling a gentle thump, then looks around. "Wonder where yer mama's got to?"

"I think she's found new people with Aunty Bee," Startracker said.

"New people?" Both Ironhide and Starforge look around with interest.

Startracker nodded. "A new girl and her brother, I think. I dunno, mama made me stop listening."

"Just hope it's not another Ratchet," grumbles Ironhide, turning back to the half-assembled couch.

Startracker frowned, but Sunhunter looked excited.

"Maybe it's another grandpa, then we could have big battles!" he said enthusiastically.

"Not likely," grumbles Ironhide without looking up from his work. "Startracker, is this right?"

"Did you hear a dang thing I said?" exclaims Starforge in exasperation.

"I think so," Startracker said, double checking the instructions and then nodding. "Yup!"

"They'd just be for fun," Sunhunter said, looking at his father innocently. "Nerds vs. Vets, Ratchets and Startracker against me n' the grandpas."

"I'd rather have Startracker on my team," says Ironhide absently. "He thinks."

The reactions were as immediate as they were different. Startracker looked shocked, then like he was just named the next Prime, even as his brother's shock melted into a face that looked almost frightfully unexpressive.
