Nexus. Over there somewhere. Quiet time.

Blackout scratches at a nearly healed wield, then blinks at Scorponok where he's passed out cold in a crack in her armor before making a sound of content boredom and looking over at the sand pile that Hormah's vanished into. There's absolutely nothing going on, nothing to destroy anywhere near (or that she feels like destroying, anyway), but the big femme's happy to just sit and watch the nothing happen for now.

The sandpile spouts slightly and then beeps before falling silent, and she cocks an optic at it and snorts before leaning back and looking at the sky.

"I'd rather get a little warning first." Snowcat glares at her from behind his mask and stomps over to go stand on one of the rocks, pointedly keeping his aft turned away from her. "There's already someone with a claim on my backside and you ain't him."

Her optics roll, and then she decides that her bath is past salvaging and heaves herself free before leaping into the air and landing on the shore. Once there she settles to deicing herself and rumbling.

Hormah, in the meantime, thinks the ice is great and is all for setting zambonis on it.

The zambonis immediately go skidding around the ice and knocking into each other gleefully. Their little tires are excellent at clinging.

Hormah leans her elbows on the ice and candidly wonders to her playmates what sort of 'aft head' messes up a bath.

Snowcat would also not approve of having to dance, although if asked he wouldn't see anything wrong in what he's done. He rarely does.

The zambonis tilt their heads slightly. "Da didn't mess it up. There's still lots of water."

"Yeah, b'y. But we can't bath in it no more."

Lol, what Decepticon does?

"Can too. Just go down the beach."

Usually it takes Demolishor punching him in the face to get the idea in.

Blackout finishes the de-icing, then studies the rest of the ice in the water. Satisfied that she can handle it, she sets her symbiont down and steps over him as he dives into the ground, then wades into the water. "Grab them."

Hormah blinks and hastily reaches for zambonis. "C'mere, me sons."

The zambonis rally around her, curious. "Where we going?"

"No where. Me boss's jes' wantin' t' ice, so's we'd better move our afts outta t' way, eh?" She scoops them up and wades a little deeper, then notices a fish and snaps into hunting mode. "Ye sees 'at?"

Blackout, for her part, grabs the nearest chunk of ice and pitches it onto the beach, well away from Snowcat. Then she goes for the next piece, only to be distracted by a happily chittering chibi scorpion who's once more swim-swimming.

"If we t'rows a chunk 'o ice at yer Da... whaddaye think'd happen?" Hormah whispers to the zambonis, as she watches Snowcat curiously.

"Da won't like it, we 'spose," the zamboni replies with a shrug.

"D'ye think there'd be hell t' pay? Or d'ye think it'd be fun?" She shifts one of them up onto her shoulder as she wades deeper.

"Dunno." They look over at Snowcat, who's busy breaking up the ice with his feet.

Hormah considers while she boosts another zamboni to the other shoulder, then snags a small chunk of ice that's floating by and aims to neatly bounce it off Snowcat's shoulder. The toss isn't very hard. She's just seeing if he'll maybe start doing something fun again. Like throw something back.

Snowcat turns around and stares at her for a moment. Then he cackles ever so quietly and bends over to heave up a large chunk of ice before heaving it in their general direction.

Hormah shoots it, which results in a hail of ice bits on she and the zambonis.

Blackout starts and looks toward the shot, then shakes her head and resumes chasing Scorponok around.

Snowcat heaves up another piece, throwing them at his zambonis with reckless indifference to their safety.

She shoves the last zamboni around to her back, feeling pretty confident that he'll be able to hold on as she brings up her tank morter to bear on the ice. "Hang tight, me sons!"

BOOM!

She laughs out loud.

Snowcat goes flying backwards and hits the ground so hard you can see the little birdies spinning around his head.

The zambonis giggle nervously, not sure whether this is a good thing or not. "S'gonna be angry..."

Blackout turns to look as Hormah boggles.

"What'd 'e fall over fer, b'y?"

After recovering from the surprise and backlash--he'd been hovering at the time and knocked off balance--Snowcat stands up, sand slipping off his windshield.

"Okay, whose idea was that?" He stomps over to Hormah, looking pissed.

She sinks a little more deeply in the water, though not enough to submerge the zambonis.

And Blackout steps in front of him. "Cool your thrusters."

Snowcat attempts to go around her. "They blasted me!" he protests in a high pitched whine.

The zambonis are attempting to climb down her and hide in the water.

Blackout crosses her arms over her chest. "She shot the ice, and you got hit with some of it."

Hormah, meanwhile, ducks herself completely so as to oblige the zambonis.

The zambonis burble at her. "Da's angry..."

"What's your point? She shot at me!" And again Snowcat goes around.
