Arcee's limping on the old wound as she leads the way into her Nexus home and heads over to her bench/berth. "Don't trip over that box. I haven't had time to take it to the curb yet."

Taking her reaction as understanding in regards to his point, Junker Ratchet watches her in silence a moment before preparing to make his way out. He's adjusted her spark booster as promised and it seems she's got some thinking to do.

"There's a famous quote from a well known human author on the Earth in my reality. 'Dance like nobody's watching; love like you've never been hurt. Sing like nobody's listening; live like it's heaven on earth.' It's important to remember the past and it's good to plan for the future, but don't forget to live in the moment. Maybe what you have to tell my alternate won't go over that well, but at least you'll have said your part. Then at least you'll never wonder what things would be like if you hadn't tried to clear up those issues." Death and further struggles after have definitely mellowed this Ratchet out a bit. "Good luck to you."

She blinks and looks toward him absently, her processor in a whirl and her thoughts far away. "Thank you."

And then she forgets him as she finishes straightening out and settles down to ponder and pray.

Saying nothing more, Ratchet lets himself out and carefully shuts the door behind him as he goes. It's about time he got back to his own reality, himself.
