Nexus and Auspex's reality. Park by the sign and the sanctuary. Enter Bob
There's a flash and an explosion over the Nexus... and very few people look up other than to ascertain that whatever just went boom isn't coming down on their heads. It's not, so they go about their business as though nothing has happened.
Whatever it is streaks toward the park and leaves a smoking crater as it hits.
And a soft, wordless alarm call sounds in a certain priestess's spark.

*she listens to the tiny mech on her shoulder with fascination, if not comprehension. Who thought up such an endearing little spy?*

-I want to make her feel better,- comes the unbidden thought. -She's nice.-
One hand comes out from under the carpet and gently touches hers, and under the shelter of the thick fabric his mouth turns up in the most tentative of little smiles that lingers on for a few moments after he's slipped into recharge.

And someone else appears in the sanctuary, their thoughts full of curiosity as they send out a wordless call both verbally and mentally.
The Chiproach perks, her chatter becoming more animated. Big brother's here!

There are two sleek avian forms sitting and contemplating the little praying statue when Auspex enters, one is the size of an organic raven and is black with dark green highlights. But the other is larger, his red wings glinting in the lights as he turns to look at her.
//Identification verified,// says an emotionless voice over a com channel. //Designation: Auspex. Function: bridge. Query: purpose in absconding with Chiproach?//

Another Transformer brought her here, from the Nexus. She'd come to give me some information about someone who came into my care; I did not have the opportunity to ask how it came to be recorded on this little Decepticon. I have received the transmission - I do not keep her here, if you'd like her to return home. Though she is very light-hearted company; I appreciate her cheer. *she smiles down at the chiproach* I only regret that I can't understand her speech. *her smile flickers briefly; though she finds consolation in that she can understand her emotions well enough*

//Reply: Negative. Chiproach unit desires to remain here. Request: Keep her from harm.//

"Auspex!" suddenly comes through clearly enough even for the priestess to understand.
Laserbeak nuzzles the little femme, then nudges her toward Auspex before looking up again. //Statement: This unit is required elsewhere. Query: Have you need of anything this unit, or this Spybird unit, may provide?//

*Her aspect sobers slightly* Don't hesitate to retrieve her, if you need her, or vice versa. And... *she pauses for a moment, searching for the right words* I offer my sympathy and support to you and your brothers. I've... been informed of some of the recent happenings, in your universe. *she doesn't elaborate - better to leave it vague, than to needlessly dwell on pain*

//Thank you.// He reaches out to gently peck at her hand, and then coms to the Spybird and launches to soar out of the sanctuary with the smaller flier in close pursuit.
The little chiproach sparks with bright bye bye! and then turns and starts climbing the nearest available piece of Auspex, her happy babble unabated even though a fearful shout comes from Bob's room.

*the gravity of her mood is eased considerably by the little chiproach, as she cheerfully farewells her creator, and begins hiking up her arm. With another little chuckle, she turns toward the back rooms, again, to check on her guest.
*her optics flare in alarm at the stab of fear she senses along with the cry, and she quickens her pace, rushing to be there by his berth, in moments*
What is it? *she peeks under the carpet again and searches for his hand* Don't fear, you are safe...
