Void-verse. Where Scourge is. Looking for a hand.

Ratchet looks around as he appears in the new reality, feeling the mech that he's searching for, but not seeing him yet. The free spark's usually cheerful face shows deep concern today. He knows this is a long shot gamble, but he can't shake the hunch that Scourge might be able to help him.

He tilts his head and listens. Where is Scourge?

"And you'll...do what to her?" Scourge isn't completely convinced, but he's at least willing to listen now. He can sympathize.

"If she'll let me I'll bring her back to her mate so that she can ground herself. But at the least I'll listen to her and try to ease some of the spark pain she's in." Ratchet's concern shows very clearly now on his faceplate. "I'm not sure she even remembers who she is, or realizes that she's dead."

"So she's another ghost. Like you." Scourge is starting to get fed up with ghosts and his tone now is almost resigned. "Go talk to Soundwave, or Shockwave if you can get him to believe in you. I haven't seen any ghosts."

"Not like me. Her time isn't up. And like I said, she's not in this reality. The Shockwave she knows and the one I know are both dead, and she wouldn't trust them anyway. And her Soundwave's too busy trying to run the Decepticon army without her to be able to get away." He sighs. "She's fading, and if someone doesn't help her she'll be lost and drifting for the rest of time."

Now Scourge is confused. "Then why do you need me? Why are you here at all?"
