Earth, Ark, Bugs v Bots

*Kickback was for lack of a better word sulking around the ark... after all the Autobots were not about to be forgiven for taking away his Katydid.  Kickback growled; they had better not have harmed his daughter or there would be HELL to pay.  Kickback was feircely protective of Katy and he did NOT like having her stolen.  He had been so damn careful too; damnit.

Eventually Kickback reached the Medbay after much searching and many near misses.  He looked inside and growled.  He had found her.*

I don't think Bombshell could control you Katy and even if he did he would have to deal with me.// *Kickback was on high alert; reflexes and battle programming honed by millenia of combat were taught.* //You still hear the Autobot's outside?// *he asked her straining to hear himself*

*Kickback looks around scanning for a way out* //Great...// *he sighs* //you see any way out of here? Other than the way we came in. I don't really fancy having to fight my way out.// *Kickback listened carefully; if they knew he was in here then he wouldn't be surprised if they started to demand he came out with Katy. After all autobots wouldn't want to risk harming a youngling.*

*It was at this point that a voice echoes down the tunnel* "Decepticon! We know you're in there. Whatever your trying to pull it's not going to work." *To which Kickback meerly snorts but doesn't reply*

Katydid's optics go enormous. //They're cutting into the wall on the other side of you! Hear that scratching? What do we do?//

*Kickback looked around* //Well this has all gone to the pit. Walk further up the tunnel; I'll be right behind you. See if you can see a ventilation shaft. I'm going to try to buy us some time.// *Kickback instructed levelling his weapon.*

What do you want autobot? *he called out hoping to distract some of the autobots*

*Various muttering's were heard outside and indeed they were slowly finding themselves trapped*

She nods wordlessly and then turns and scurries off as quickly and as quietly as she can.

"Let the femme go without hurting her and we'll let you go," comes the reply from the hallway. The stealthy cutting sounds grow a little louder.

*Kickback snorts in derision* Oh yeah like I'm really going to hurt my own daughter. Besides you're the nutcases that hurt her! *Kickback eyes the spot that the cutting sounds are coming from and edges up a little so he can cover both access points with his rifle*
