Her tank empties abruptly and thoroughly, and then she sags, her face screwed up with discomfort and weariness.

"Why...?"

Then she startles as a tap sounds at the door and Hormah calls softly. "Ye still after needin' a medic?"

The bucket's close enough at the time of eruption that it catches ~~most if not all of~~ the purged energon, and his hand remains firmly gripped on her shoulder even after she's done.

When he's sure she's not gonna purge anymore, he moves the bucket away from her so he can see just how much she purged. " . . . Hmm. Almost needed another one."

The tap interrupts before he has the time to answer Arcee.

"Um, yeah, considering she just like, purged her entire tank, I think we do."

"That's after bein' stress," says the little hybrid gently as Blue lets her in. "'N she's some scared 'n confused."

She walks over and gently reaches a hand toward Arcee, who frowns at her wearily. "Hormah."

"Aye." She deedles soft thanks. "So ye remembers some things. 'At's good, b'y. Shhhh. Ye're safe. Nightwind?"

"S...scanning," she says in a different voice. "B... but... I... I don't... I don't think she's broken."

He rolls his optics in such a way to say, "How was I to know? I'm not a slaggin' medic."

When Hormah speaks with two voices, Random stares at her with a distinct "What the heck?!?" look for a few moments before decidedly shaking his head slightly and focusing on something else.

"This is my friend Nightwind," says Hormah, switching to her Iacon-accented Cybertronian. "She's a Minicon, and she's a little skittish of bigger bots, so we linked. She's good at repairing things."

"Mech... mechanical things," says the other femme softly, sounding worried. "But... she... she's f... f... fine mechanically."

Hormah frowns and takes in the way that Arcee is drifting in and out of awareness. "Do you think your healing thing would help get her processor back online?"

"M... maybe. B... but she hasn't go... got a Power... Powerlink port. And it... it won... won't bring the memories back."

"Every little bit helps, my friend. And she doesn't need a port. Just send it through my circuits and I'll make sure she gets it."

"Wait." Blue frowns. "What are you talking about?"

"Minicon power," says Hormah.

"Isn't that just for weapons upgrades, and available when you link?"

"Nightwind heals. And I can share the energy without linking."

His optics get a flash of recognition at the name and realizes where he heard the second voice . . . . and then he's completely lost by like, almost everything else. Darn that Nexus!

Blue frowns and looks at her drooping friend before turning to Random for a second opinion. "What do you think?"

Who all the while continues to hold Arcee up and stare at everyone else with an extremely confused look on his face. 'Ports?' 'Linking?' This have anything to do with what the gestalts do?

". . . What do I think? I don't even know what the heck you guys're all talking about."

"It's a form of combining native to the Minicons' home realities," explains Blue, as Nightwind beeps to herself worriedly. "The little people used to use it to augment a larger Cybertronian partner's weapons and strength during the war."

"But Nightwind heals instead, 'n because I'm half Bulk I can share the energy without linking," adds Hormah.

"Ah." ~~Stupid Nexus!~~ ". . . Okay. Don't know how mixing that much tech is gonna help, but whatever you guys think'll help. 'Long as she'll be able to get and keep down the stuff she lost." Answering the earlier question, he nods to the bucket of purge he's still got a hand on, but he doesn't feel like he knows enough about whatever the heck they're talking about to have a reliable opinion.

"We won't be able to bring her memories back," says Hormah, as Blue takes the bucket and puts it out of the room. "But we'll be able to get her processor running properly, and sooth the rest of her circuits."

He'd been talking about energy but okay!

"She's lucky she's still functioning after that EMP," he nods, understanding what Hormah's said and accepting it. "That'll be good."

"Luck isn't a factor," says the little femme softly. "You'll need to put her down, or we'll wind up charging you too."

"I don't know," says Blue wearily. "He might look cute with an upgrade."

It's token of the seriousness of the situation that Hormah doesn't even razz her for that.

He does a brief sidelong glance and sets Arcee gently and slowly back down onto the berth before moving himself away from the berth.
