As Random finishes his Sunrise, deciding what exactly to do next, he takes a look around the bar . . .

He soon notices this and tries to make sure he's not in Hormah's way.

"Um . . . yeah?" he replies, giving Blue permission to continue.

"I know I asked you to stay close to her, but do you think... ah. Could we switch spots?" The thought of leaving the room and leaving her friend alone is making her security circuits frazzle slightly.

"Um . . . Sure, if you feel that way." He moves carefully over towards the door.

The blue femme gives him a quick and grateful hug when he gets into reach. It's kind of a nice hug. One of those ones that manage not to really stomp on your personal space. "Thanks."

And Hormah/Nightwind is aware of the shuffle, but they're busy scanning Arcee a little more closely before they start working on her.

The hug surprises him. He doesn't get hugged very often nowadays. Not even the type Blue just gave him. "Um. . . . You're welcome."

He takes his place in the doorway.

She moves over to put herself against the wall near the foot of the berth, her face falling into a frown of concern as she looks down at Arcee.

"Hey, Random?" comes Keg's soft whisper from the stairs. "Can you come look at something and tell me if it's what I think it is? I'm not that good with anything other than basic tech."

He turns towards the whisper and takes one glance back inside the room before walking down the hall to make it more convenient to talk to Keg.

"Something tech-related? I can't promise that I'll be able to confirm anything, but I'll see if I can at least recognize it."

"Yeah." The younger mech peeks past him, but then backs down a step and turns. "It's a part I found in the drone. I think it looks like some sort of remote control, but fancier."

"Drone tech. . . . Yeah, I think I'll be able to help you out a bit. Done work on them before."

He takes a look over his shoulder back towards the room before following Keg downstairs.

The drone's in pieces all over the bar, its components laying neatly nearest to where they once were, and its head sitting on top of a coat rack where Keg stuck it in a brief spat of juvenile humor.

He reaches over and quickly removes it as they get near, looking embarrassed as he mutters an apology.

His optics widen a bit at the extent of the mess he hadn't been expecting and then again when he notices the 'speared' head. Instead of saying anything, he merely rolls his optics into a side long glance in that nervous "Okay, don't want to think about it" kind of way.

He turns his attention to randomly picking up one part, turning it over, and putting it down in its spot, trying to find similarities in the tech.

Once he's done that with all the pieces he casually asks, "Which one do you think it is?" He thinks he knows which part Keg's talking about now, but he wants to know what Keg thinks.

The young bouncer picks up the remote link, which is missing a key component. "This. I took out the doohicker to keep it from being teleported back to its owner."

"Yeah, that's what I thought," he says, holding out a hand, so he can look at it again. "I was wondering where that thing had gone. Do you still have it in your possession?"
