As Random finishes his Sunrise, deciding what exactly to do next, he takes a look around the bar . . .

"I knows, Nightwind. We'll be after gettin' ye home soon, b'y. Jes' lemme grab us a bit 'o energy." The little femme emerges from the stairwell and heads toward the bar, then pauses to whistle when she sees what's all over it.

"Heh. Yeah, that's similar to what I did. I think Keg got a bit eager when he dismantled the drone." He turns so his back is leaning against the bar. " . . . How's Arcee?

"'Least he was after keepin' t' parts close t' home, so's 'e could put 'em back." She finishes the trip to the bar and climbs up on a stool to frown at the vivisected drone, then looks at Random and blows air out through her intakes. "Physically she's after bein' fine."

"Yep," he nods. That's good. Hopefully she won't be purging anymore. "But mentally and emotionally she's still a wreck?" He wagers a guess. Yay for pessimism!

"Nah, b'y. She's settled down. But she ain't t' femme ye was after knowin' no more." Her voice is gentle as she says it, responding to his emotions as she picks up on them.

He picks up one of the parts and starts turning it over in his hands. His a bit of a mixed-up bag of emotions. There's relief at her first words, and a bit of sad acceptance at the second. "After that EMP, I was kinda expecting that, but I'm surprised she even knew my name."

There's also worry and a bit of guilt thrown in there somewhere. At this point, most likely from Keg's going off on his own . . .

"'Er spark memory's some strong, b'y." She carefully reaches around drone parts to find a bowl of energon pellets and sets to hungrily, not turning her nose up at the cheap fuel at all. "'N I's not sure how t'all worked out, but t'at t'ere track's still into t' AV field."

His hands stop moving, and he looks up at her confused and a bit worried. "If the track's guarded by AV field then why the heck did the EMP work?"

"Dunno," she says, her expression darkening.

"Do you think it's got anything to do with when she tried to put herself offline?" asks Blue wearily from the stairwell.

"I thinks t'at ain't after bein' somet'in' t' be talkin' 'bout 'round Layali," says Hormah firmly.

His optics go wide, but his mouth stays shut. Anything he wanted to say is just lost, and he doesn't quite hear what's said after that.
