That's a lot of fluid. He'd get out his scanner thingy again but he's almost afraid to know.

Heck, maybe getting that thing out would help.

It's all binary to him!

"Random, ye wantin' t' gimme a hand here, b'y?" Hormah doesn't look up as she opens Keg's chest panel. Seeing the hole in his side armor makes her deedle viciously. "I ain't got me tools."

"Um sure." He puts the part down and slides off the stool again. "What do you need?"

"Plug fer t'at fuel lead leak. 'N somet'in' fer t'is hip joint 'at's busted 'n leakin'." She points, then looks around and scrambles to her feet to go put an arm around Blue and talk to her.

"Uh, I'm more of a tool box . . not a medical supply closet," he says, trying to remember if he even has anything that'd work and searching his pockets. Does he have any of that . . . darn it . . . what did 'Jack call it? Something about a goose?

"Don't worry," says Keg, subspacing his gun and wincing as his pain sensors finally catch up with him. "It's all mechanical."

The young mech looks sheepish, but not frightened by his experience.

"No, it's not," he says seriously.

A moment later he pulls what appears to be a roll of tape and bits of metal out of subspace. "Okay, from what I can find right now, I have makeshift "clasps" and Earth tape that 'Jack says is good as the Cybertronian stuff called 'goose tape,' I believe."

Keg lifts his head to look inside his chassis. "It's not?"

Then he pauses and looks at the roll of tape and starts to laugh, which causes a gush of fluid. "Goose tape?"

After he comes closer and kneals next to Keg, he points at Keg's spark chamber. "Na-uh."

He sees which one is leaking.

Great bedside manner, Random.

"*ahem* Or after some kind of Earth bird." Why'd it have to be that one? If it was any other one, he'd just clamp it off long to put the tape over it but now he had to figure out how to get the tape over all that gushing liquid. Thank goodness for duct tape! Now he's just gotta figure that out . . . Not a meeeeediiiiiic! "Right, um, I don't think I have enough hands to keep the line from leaking long enough to put the tape on it, so um . . ." KEG! HORMAH! BLUE! SOMEBODY!

Hormah flinches at the blast of panic, then darts back over there as Blue watches with alarm. "Easy, b'y. Tell me what yer after wantin' me t'do."

"Duct...." Keg's optics flicker as a wave of dizziness hits him. "It's duct tape."

"Shhhh," Hormah tells him.

"Yes, um, 'kay . . . Yes, that's it 'duct tape'--Um, 'kay, this fuel line's leaking too much for me to be able to tape it up by myself, so I need you to um, push the two parts of the line together so that the uh, pressure keeps the liquid inside the tube long enough for me to get some of the tape around it."

"Ye uses t'is stuff on t' shuttles?" She presses as told, then frowns. "Happen ye might be after needin' t' wipe it some?"

"No," he says getting out a Red Rag(TM) and wiping away some of the fluid, "I either use the Cybertronian stuff, [second alternative] or replace the whole the line. I'm not carrying a lot of the stuff I'd normally have right now, but this should hold 'til he sees an actual medic. . . . Unless you have a better idea." He pauses in the action of actually applying the tape.
