Showtime's optics powered up again. She had been recharging quietly, with Runt near her on the berth. She yawned a bit, moving her hand over her mouth, even as she began to clear the recharge-haze from her processor.

There's a soft rustle of paper, and then a calm alto voice inquires, "How do you feel?"

Showtime blinks a bit, sitting up. "Better than I was feeling..." She tilts her head a bit, curious, "Who are you?"

The tall femme's mouth twitches slightly as she looks her guest over for any sign of ailment. "My designation is Threnody. I'm in charge around here."

Showtime nods, a small smile on her faceplates, "Runt mentioned you...I'm Showtime...it's nice to meet you." She's in relatively good condition, despite all that she's been through recently, and it shows in the angle of her doorwings, which are held in a relaxed, but alert position.

"Rumble and Laserbeak told me what they'd learned of you." Threnody's smile shows now, and even holds some affection as she looks down at the little Seeker who's still curled up and recharging deeply.

She's polite, even rather warm and friendly. But she also carries herself with the grave unconscious dignity of one who has been nearly worshiped from her creation.

Showtime nods, expression going somber. "Even the part about my capture and what happened after?" She's not proud of what she's done, especially not the parts where she hurt Desinex time and again. The most recent incident is still fresh in her processor.

"No," says Threnody gently. "Desinex told me that."

Whatever answer Showtime was expecting, it clearly wasn't that. She blinks a bit, before frowning, "Is...Is she okay?"

"She was well on the way to being physically whole when I saw her last. The Autobot Chief Medical Officer repaired the damage that she'd sustained."

Showtime nods, "That's good..." Her doorwings relax a bit, "I just hope she can forgive me...I wouldn't blame her if she didn't..."

Threnody tosses her book into subspace. "I don't think you have to worry about that."

Showtime frowns a bit, not sure whether or not to believe Threnody. "What makes you say that? I mean...I tried to kill her...several times...I nearly killed two of her friends...as well as trying to take out her commanding officer...I'm not proud of any of that..."

"Because the last concern that she spoke to me of was how she could determine whether or not your processor had been tampered with," says the purple femme calmly.

Showtime blinks a bit before shaking her head with a small chuckle. "Desinex...was always more optimistic than I was...I'm glad she hasn't given up hope..."

Doorwings return to normal position, "So...how bad off was I? I know something was in my processor, and that it was taken out...but a lot of what I remember...it's fuzzy..."
