Blitzwing had never been this frantic before in his life.

Check that.. the Icy persona thought to himself as he appeared in what seemed to be a garden of some sort, I haven't been this frantic since I became a Decepticon. He refused to let either Hothead or Random out at this time, calming himself down. He was doing something, he couldn't be faulted for that.

But why the slag was he getting so worried about that fragging glitch-rat anyway?

Because it's my fault he was taken out of the Dream in the first place, Icy responded to the thought, unsure from which of the three of them it came from. If he hadn't dragged him out with him that one time, Swindle would probably be home, safe, not Spark-Knows-Where.

"How old?" Dalla is pleased to have found a conversation topic that both she and her guest are interested in. She rubs Smoke's back again as she considers her next move.

"Oh...." Another black youngster pauses in the doorway, his dark blue eyes on the stranger who is holding his little brother.

"Come in, Night." Dalla looks up with a smile.

"Oh, well...that's difficult," Random says, "The spark is as old as mine, I think, but his shell and new programming have him...about...maybe his age?" Random nods to the youngster Dalla's holding. "He remembers things of his life before, he remembers another me..."

"Your people can go back to childhood?" She makes her move and then gives Night a one armed hug as he comes to lean against her shyly. "...Another you?"

"Not in...my reality," Blitzwing says, "But..ah..." Random was a bit confused, and Icy took control, "It's not something I'm even sure of with the how, just that he...needed us. As for the other me...different realities, some similar. Remember the Nexus you visited?"

"Yes." She touches the fancy PINpoint, which is now attached to a broad leather band on her upper arm, and hums with amusement as she remembers the chase that that visit ended with.

"That's another reality--or in that case, a meeting point of realities," Blitzwing explains, "Some realities are very close to others, perhaps just a few different things mark them as different. The Lugnut that we care for now is not the same as the one I knew, and the Blitzwing he knew is not me."

"That sounds confusing," she says thoughtfully but then perks her ears as her brows lift. "Is Miss Walker from your reality?"

"It can be, yes," Blitzwing says, "And no, she is not. And there is no alternate of her that I've met in my reality, either."

"So that's why she smells different. I thought it was just because she's a woman."

"Huh," Blitzwing considered, "Didn't realize we could be told apart in that way. Wha? Oh!" Blitzwing switched to Random again, and quickly made his move.

"Lu can tell a lot of things by scent." She smiles and leans forward to consider the board again. "So Lugnut is a toddler. Is he a busy boy? Or a quiet one?"

"Busy, very busy," Random says gleefully, "He's pretty fast, too. Funny, since he can fly and get sooo into trouble..." Random giggles at that, though he's shaking his head. Bitties...

"Fly? Oh no. Can you fly too? Or your mate?" She looks up alertly as she makes her move, totally interested in the topic.
