Stronghold probably had no idea how close he came to being fried and served sunny side up.
He probably wouldn't know either.
Sighing Warren pushed open his homes door, bag on his back full of books arms full of pizza boxes full of hot pizza "Hey I'M HOME!" he called.

That got him a genuine grin as she blushed with pleasure at the compliment.

"Guess that fits, since yer Prince Charmin'." She smirked and tossed the shoes down, then slipped her feet into them.

He smiled "Me? More like the villan of the piece"

She just snorted and gave him a jab in the belly with her finger, then turned and bolted away and down the stairs.

He laughed chasing after her although falling over his laces with a splat.

She was back beside him in an instant, her eyes wide and scared in her pale face. "Hotstuff?"

He looked up and smiled "Must........" he paused dramatically "tie shoe laces" he said

She blinked, then lowered her head and hid her face on her knees as she started to cry, unable to help it after the start she'd gotten.
