Stronghold probably had no idea how close he came to being fried and served sunny side up.
He probably wouldn't know either.
Sighing Warren pushed open his homes door, bag on his back full of books arms full of pizza boxes full of hot pizza "Hey I'M HOME!" he called.

She grabbed his arm and clung to it, shaking and hiding her face.

He led her inside, he didn't like this new timid her...... the novelty had seriously worn off.

"I don't feel so hot..." she admitted softly, looking around and then blinking as a waitress came and ushered them into the party room, which was decorated and bore a banner with she and Warren's names on inside a heart. "Woah...."

The cook came stomping in, muttering dire things under her breath, but then stopped and smiled. "Come and sit down. You're right on time, the food's just ready."
