Josh's Reality: Lab: Better Lead than Dead
Though temporarily out of the Phantom Zone and given just a wee bit of a reprieve, Mon-El was still dying, still suffering from lead poisoning in his veins. Even if he could be cured of what was killing him now, the odds of encountering lead again were tremendous. It would take a miracle to truly save his life.
His vision was hazy, pain making it hard to focus, but he could make out a high tech laboratory, one that would have been the envy of many a scientist.

Jenny looked at it, then up at him. "Is he Kryptonian?"
"No, Daximite."

She looked up and understood, stepping away from Lar's bed to take Josh's free hand. The two of them bowed their heads for a moment while Jenny murmured softly in an alien tongue that sounded like an ancestor of German and Dutch.
"Okay," said Josh softly when she finished. "Still ready, Lar?"

Then he gently took the dialysis needles from Lar's veins and put bandaids over the spots.
