Josh's Reality: STAR Labs, Gordon Family Compound: Invitations

Lar--who'd been spending much of his time exploring various portions of the multiverse--arrived outside the complex, having teleported into the universe high in orbit.  He wasn't quite sure how one got a message across multiversal lines, but Josh somehow had.  He'd asked Lar to come celebrate, but not specified what.

Still, he was always happy to come see a friend.  His feet touched down on the ground with barely a sound.

She blushed a little more darkly and put a small hand on his in silent thanks.

"Hey," Josh remembered himself and put a hand over the arm around his neck. "I can't breath!"

Jenny just laughed at him.

"Careful, Jenny," Lar chuckled. "People do need to breath, you know."

Well, he didn't, but who's counting?

"Ach, yer goin' t' strangle the lad." Jaime looked up, her eyes dancing.

"Ack!" Josh coughed convincingly, then squeaked as Jenny let go his neck and poked him in the side.

Lar laughed, taking a bite of his food before speaking again. "So, what movie is this we're planning to see?"

"Well, I was thinking of the latest 'Transformers' one. But we can pick something else too." Once more he glanced around and then crunched shell.
