"The last time I did this," Jeimu grunts as she walks up to the compound gate with bags and boxes in hand, "I was fresh from space and couldn't walk. Now I really should be thinking of the baby, but I'm sure she's tough..."

She looks over her shoulder at Jav and Vic, who are managing the several casserole dishes and tinfoil-covered pans of food she's also brought along rather well.

"Hey!" she calls out. "My hands are full, I can't ring the doorbell!"

Of course she could do it telekinetically, but she's feeling lazy.

Ratchet blinks. Considers.

Then lays down and joins her.

"Mu?" says Jav softly.

She turns to look at Jav.

"Yeah?"

"You alright?" He gently strokes her cheek, his eyes searching hers.

She smiles as best as she can. "Yeah, I'm alright. I just feel... responsible for this." She sighs. "They don't want me here."

"Who don't?" He frowns slightly.

She points toward the Workshop door - she hasn't realized that the two 'Bots have left.

"They don't."

He frowns a little more deeply and pulls her close. "What makes ye say that, cyare?"

"Ow! That's my butt!" yelps Epps somewhere behind them.

"I know," chuckles Ronnie.

"Oh, I can just tell," she says, lips pursed. "Anyway, it's not a big deal."

More scowling. "Just remind me to leave a certain heap of scrap metal off the Christmas list next year."

She folds her arms over her chest. "After doing everything he could to anger me?"
