Nexus. The random corner where they've met before. Hoping to meet a friend.

Amy's in the quiet little corner of Nexus park where's she's met Sludge twice before. In her hands is a bag which holds several thick sheets of hard gingerbread, which might serve as cookies to someone of the Dinobot's stature. She'd really hoped to meet him again, but now there's snow coming down and it's getting too thick to see through. Her systems are protesting the temperature, and she knows that she should just go home. But she can't shake the feeling that if she does she might miss the mech who's become her best friend.

She chuckles at his expression, then takes a bigger bite for herself, absently cooling it as she's learned from human friends and then eating hungrily. The next forkful makes a determined cheese string, and she grins and twirls her fork skillfully. "I've read about different versions of this."

Sludge covers is mouth with his napkin this time. Bite is too big to finish and then speak. "Oh? Like how?"

"There's one that has bread stuffing instead of the cheese." She eats the bite on her fork and has to pause to deal with it. "And then there's one that has cheese, but has chili instead of the gravy."

"Mmm, we ask for that next time." He smiles and takes another big bite. "Good."

"I wonder how my system would handle that much protein?" she wonders, then shrugs and goes for another bite. "Oh, what did you do today?"

"Me, Sludge, collect old metals for art." He noms some more meat. "Then go to drills. Then find Amy!" He smiles brightly.

She smiles back, her hand stroking his finger with absent affection. "What sort of art are you doing this time?"

"Mmm, portriats. New faces, old people in the hospice." He nods and rubs her back with his thumb.

"Do you think I could see them some day?" She eats thoughtfully.

Sludge grins widely. "Sure! You come anytime!" He quickly noms another bite.
