Logan stretched and looked up at the sky, then winced as Bethany did the bounce and grabbed Ben.

"What?" He looked up from gnawing on a squirrel bone.

"Gotta pee." She sat him on her hip and headed for the back door, only to stop as soon as she'd gone through it and look around a white hospital corridor, wrinkling her nose at the smell. "Crap."

"Right." Logan brightens and turns to Jubal. "Kid, Greg 'n Ben 'n I are gonna go ta his place fer tonight 'cause the paint smell messes with my head. Will ya tell yer uncles 'n Jay-Jay 'n Spirit?"

"That wannabe jerk ain't my uncle." Jubal scowls.

"Kid, after that wrestlin' match the other day I believe ya hate Wolverine about as far as y'could kick 'im." Logan frowns at him.

"He's a jerk! But I'll tell him. Sheesh." He looks around. "How does this work again?"

House thinks about that one a moment. "You just think of the Cafe and walk through the front doors and you should end up right back home." Odd how he calls the Cafe home now.

"Only the front doors'll work?" Jubal's visibly revving himself up for a run through the halls in his stocking feet.

"Them and my office. But front door is probably your best bet."

The thirteen year old glances up at the direction signs, then hugs Logan, kisses Ben, and is gone in a flash of yellow raincoat and a startles screetch of wheelchair tires.

"He shouldn't be runnin'." Logan goes to watch him go, feeling that hollering at him would be inapropriate. Then she blinks as he barely misses wiping Cuddy out. "Oh dang."

House shakes his head and keeps quiet knowing that he was ready to just crack up. "Are you two ready?"

She glances at him, smelling his mood and not totally understanding it, though it makes her mouth twitch at the corners. Then she looks at Ben, and her face softens at sight of how he's holding onto the front of Greg's shirt as he sleeps. "Yeah. I'm ready."

And the mood might simply because Jubal nearly wiped out Cuddy. Either way he leads her out to the motorcycle.

Logan perks up at the sight of it, a sudden grin splitting her face. "How we gonna work this?"

"Well, I can either keep Ben up here with me or you can hold him and hold on to me. Either way works."
