Nexus; Safe House - Waking Up

A few hours after being rescued by the Minicons RC woke up, wincing at the stiffness in his side, then taking a moment to assess his surroundings while the memory of what had happened slowly came to him again.

After a moment he picked up the odd looking controller that the minicons had left for him, scanning it before taking a few minutes to figure out how the TV worked. When he had it going his optics widened, and he started scanning the channels.

"Weird...."

"You'd think so." Her frown deepens slightly, but then she shrugs. "And I don't know where he is. There are crazy cults with all sorts of different stories, but all anyone knows for sure is what I told you. That, and that he can apparently hear you when you talk to him."

"So he doesn't want to help," he said softly, frowning.

"I never said that. Who's to say how much worse it could be? He could be the reason there's still Cybertronian life at all."

"Why would he let the war go on at all? Couldn't he just pick who was right and make them in charge?" RC said. "Letting people die on both sides makes no sense."

"I suppose he could if we were puppets. But he made us people, with our own thoughts and hopes and plans."

"But he could still step in. If he's so powerful, couldn't he just stop the people he doesn't like?"
