Nexus; Safe House - Waking Up

A few hours after being rescued by the Minicons RC woke up, wincing at the stiffness in his side, then taking a moment to assess his surroundings while the memory of what had happened slowly came to him again.

After a moment he picked up the odd looking controller that the minicons had left for him, scanning it before taking a few minutes to figure out how the TV worked. When he had it going his optics widened, and he started scanning the channels.

"Weird...."

RC frowned, but let himself rest.

Arcee's back in a few minutes, frowning at the screen of her cellphone as she absently sits a shopping bag on the couch next to him. "I got a few energon goodies too," she says, intent on the phone. "You young bots seem to like the things."

He gaped at the bag slightly, then paused and kept his hand from reaching out.

"May I...?"

He gets a slightly irritated look as she turns away. "I got it for you."

He flinched, then reached out and took out the energon.

"Thank you, ma'am," he mumbled, embarrassed.

She looks at him again, her frown softening. "Just take it easy. Fuel up and get all the rest you can, while you can." Yes, experience talking. "I'm sorry I can't talk to you more, but at the moment I have to look over this data. I'll be over in my room if you need anything."

Then she pauses as she remembers the youngsters that she used to work with. "Anything important."

He flinched again, then watched her leave, frowning.

Taking a sip of energon he winced at the strong flavor, the frowned as his processor started to work again.

As he looked around he suddenly realized how much time had passed since he fell out of his universe, and he started violently. They'd think he was missing, or dead, and if he wasn't around.... And what of Bumblebee? Had he made it, or been captured?

Wincing the young mech realized he couldn't stay, and he slowly forced himself up, grunting as his unrepaired systems protested. Wobbling he searched for his PIN, but finding none he turned instead and made for the doorway.
