Futureknight universe: Time to teach a Lantern

Thomas Rybec was cold from the trip between realities. He hadn't expected it to be in a time he was so unfamilar with either. He just found himself wandering the streets of Gotham with his heavy coat wrapped around his lean frame tightly.

He hoped he would find Clark soon. He was honestly hoping he could get some training. At the same time, he didn't want to be a mooch. Tom figured he'd work it all out. Just as soon as he could navigate his way through this city.

He just blinked lightly. He felt as shell shocked as an owl would during the day time. He gripped his duffle bag a bit closer.

Tom just crooks abrow. Jokerz? "I'm not from Gotham, ma'am. Was going to look up a friend of mine. Clark Kent..You probably don't belive me on that bit. But...I need his help."

He did badly. He had come to realize just how much he needed training. At least a crash course.

She cocks her head with that same listening look that Clark gets, then nods her head and thumps the seat behind her. "Git on 'n hang tight."

He didn't question her. Just climbed up beside her and got a good hold on the bike. He was careful about his bag too.

The bike tire spun, then it shot down the empty street with a roar before lifting into the air and weaving between the tall buildings. A wake of irate cursing followed it.

Tom bites the inside of his mouth lightly. To make sure this isn't a weird dream. Had to be very sure of it. Other wise it would be too weird.
