Futureknight universe: Time to teach a Lantern

Thomas Rybec was cold from the trip between realities. He hadn't expected it to be in a time he was so unfamilar with either. He just found himself wandering the streets of Gotham with his heavy coat wrapped around his lean frame tightly.

He hoped he would find Clark soon. He was honestly hoping he could get some training. At the same time, he didn't want to be a mooch. Tom figured he'd work it all out. Just as soon as he could navigate his way through this city.

"Master Clark is most fond of them." She smiles slightly, then looks down as a large spotted cat rubs against her leg and mews. "Thank you, Thomas, that will be all."

Then she looks up at Tom. "Master Thomas, meet Thomas."

He grins and stoops down. "Hi there Thomas. Good name."

He playfully winks. "And we're both handsome devils, eh?"

The cat perked big years and 'merowr?ed' at him, then gave him a headbutt in the shin that he felt before stropping luxuriously.

"I will bring these to your room." Prudence smiled again and walked away.

"Thank you," he calls before turning his attention back to the cat.

He felt oddly comfortable right now.

Thomas paused to kiss his fingers gently, then rubbed his head on them and purred thunderously, his golden eyes slitted in contentment.

Out he pranced, then ducked low and let the greyhounds overshoot him and bowl into Tom.
