First Aid sighed as he checked on Skyfire's vitals, then looked down at the sparklet that he was carrying. The little one was unharmed, though probably traumatized by having her mentor shot as he approached Earth and then going through a very rough landing. Skyfire had damaged himself further in his attempts to keep the little one safe, but he was in no danger of going out, at least.

The CMO2 shook his head and gently touched the baby bot's helm. "Are you hungry, Astra?"

Astra glared at Aid for a bit then nodded her helm, she was worried about her mentor.

First Aid responded to the glare with his usual gentle smile that showed mostly in the colour of his visored optics.

"Let's see what we can find for you to drink."

[alpha_prime]

She skreeked "[you dunderstand Astra?]" As she didn't know the grounder Cybertronians dialect.

[alpha_prime]

Astra shook her helm, she snuggled up to Aid, as she had desided that he wouldn't hurt her.

"Well here. Look at this." First Aid freed one hand to open a drawer in his cabinet and reach inside. Then he backed up slightly and showed Astra the softly glowing chunk of yellow, sweet-smelling fuel that he'd taken out. "What do you think of this?"

She reached for the treat and skreeked "[Please]"

[alpha_prime]

"[Want Unca Fire]" she skreeked sadly

"I know," said First Aid gently. "And he will wake up soon. I'm just not sure when."

[alpha_prime]

Astra started to cry, she really wanted her Uncle.

[alpha_prime]

The femme chuckles and skreeks back "[I am Alpha Prime little one; and nice to see you Skyfire ]"

The big white mech frowned slowly with confusion. "Prime...? Why...?"

[alpha_prime]

Alpha chuckled and said "Hot Rod ticked off the management at the track" as if that answered everything

[alpha_prime]

"I am not sure, on a happier note how have you been Skyfire?" Alpha asked as Astra chirped and reached for Alpha.

[random_xtras]

The big white shuttle tried to sit up, then groaned quietly. "I... suspect I've been better. What hit me?"

[alpha_prime]

Alpha gently picked up Astra, then said "I am not sure, what is the last you remember?"

[alpha_prime]

"I am your older brother, so you will do as I say or I will ground you" Starscream snapped.

[random_xtras]

The purple and grey Seeker laughed uproariously and elbowed Thundercracker away, then looked down at Starscream with twinkling eyes. "You're grounded yourself, you dork."

[random_xtras]

Thundercracker moved automatically to obey, but then stopped and looked back at her wounded wing brothers, not wanting to leave them while they were damaged.

"They will be fine TC; Aid is good at what he does" Alpha said

[alpha_prime]

Alpha giggled and said "I first met him when he tried to recruit me to the Decepticons"

[random_xtras]

Thundercracker nodded, her face showing no expression. "He did that to me after the war started."

[alpha_prime]

Alpha chuckled and said "You had no intention of sharing if half the tub is gone"

[random_xtras]

Thundercracker's face turned redder, and then she bowed her head and waited to get clobbered.

[alpha_prime]

Alpha followed with the half empty container "TC please you can trust me" she said

[random_xtras]

"Nothing's wrong." Thundercracker went to look at Skyfire, and then came back out to scowl absently at the unconscious Skywarp.
