Alora ducked the swing of a wicked looking halberd, then swept off the droid arm that held it before swirling and deflecting a blaster bolt.

-Well, this has got to be one of more honest receptions we've gotten,- she mused, watching as another bolt went through the edge of her swirling robe. -They didn't even pretend to be glad to see us. Master! Protect her! ...Thank You.-

She clenched her teeth as Tiji turned just in time to meet the droid that had intended to attack her from behind, then whirled with a slight creak of armor to meet her own next opponent.

A quick Force tug and Tiji grinned. "'course they are. I'm going to go help Jolee in the medbay. Bye."

"See you soon, sweetheart," Carth smiled as she left.

Alora watched her go with a frown of concern, suspicions once more gathering at the back of her mind. But once more she got the clear message to leave be and lay her head back with a sigh. "I wish she'd stayed."

"You know Tiji," he smiled gently. "There's a lot of people in pain on the ship. She can't stand not helping them. She's got your heart."

She nodded, her eyes on the bottom of the bunk above her. "I wish I could be up doing more."

"You've done more than enough today," he said, voice gently firm. "You need to rest or you'll make yourself sick."

She looked at him, then nodded her head toward the upper bunk and murmured, "Are the boys asleep?"

"One, I think both are but I'm not sure," he said. "The older one is rather attached to you."
