Maggie appears in the other universe and looks around apprehensively.  She desperately needs someone to talk to and, frankly, there's no one in her own universe that she feels comfortable talking to right now.  Not Derek, no one in the Labyrinth, and most especially not Elisa.

Though the person she's most looking for might not be the best source to vent her problems too...  At least it's one step removed from home, a little further away from it all...

The Maggie who appears in the courtyard is one troubled cat.

Lucy sputters with laughter. "He's got good credit! Even on his own, without mine added."

Maggie chuckles. "It was the first thing that popped into my head. Guess it just slipped out."

Maggie nods slightly. Brooklyn, at least the young Brooklyn, wasn't exactly her favorite member of her sister-in-law's Clan. His youthful affections for her, nearly an obsession, had been very off-putting, especially early on for her. She much preferred the older, married Gargoyle he had become.

"Somehow, I can't see him as being too responsible with it."

"Oh, Maria had a little talk with him." She presses the elevator button and steps inside.

Maggie laughs. "So... it's a universal constant that he needed a woman to straighten him out?"
