Future Knight Universe - Practicing
Porthos sighed, testing the feel of one of the spare swords he'd been provided to test with. He was, as always, good at picking up the feel of new weapons, but it didn't seem right withought his old sword by his side. He knew every nick and nooks of it, it was as as good as an extension of his own hand.
He sighed, then went back through his drills, striving to improve the new forms Brenda had taught him, and perfect his better moves with a new blade and new trousers, which felt as ridiculous as they looked.

Turning he looked around, then caught sight of Brenda and grinned, bowing to her and inwardly wincing as the pants tightened. At least the shirt was loose enough....
"Good morning, my fairest dove," he said, sheathing the sword. "You look as radiant as ever."

"Oh, I feel all floaty," he giggled, moving a few feet away and then looking at her. "You know... let's duel again. Same rewards."

"I meant I had too much sleep," he chuckled. "Don't worry about me, sweetest of the fair, I keep any hours needed of me."

Then he broke out in a huge grin and went to her, wrapping his arms around her in his biggest Porthos hug. "I love you to, sweetest of the peas."
